The Savoy's menu takes dining to an entirely new level. Our combination of fresh, high quality ingredients, creative cooking, innovative wines and unparalleled service has earned multiple awards both locally and nationally.
Always producing new innovations and creations, proprietor Eric Scheffer found the allure of the tradition of the great Chophouses of Chicago, New York, and San Francisco too tempting to ignore.
Henceforth, the Chophouse Menu is Scheffer's ode to that grand institution. Guests may choose from "Prime" Hand Cut Steaks to a Lamb Porterhouse along with traditional side items such as Creamed Spinach, Sauteed Mushrooms and Macaroni & Cheese.
All meals are prepared fresh daily, with a large percentage of our produce coming from local organic farms. We work with the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project to connect with local farmers. The fish we serve is line-caught, never by net. There are no storage freezers on the premises, save for a small box- freezer for our homemade ice-cream.
