The Chophouse

Always producing new innovations and creations, proprietor Eric Scheffer found the allure of the tradition of the great Chophouses of Chicago, New York, and San Francisco too tempting to ignore.

Henceforth, the Chophouse Menu is Scheffer's ode to that grand institution. Guests may choose from Prime and Certified Angus Beef, Lamb Porterhouse along with traditional side items such as Creamed Spinach, Crispy Onions and Hand Cut Steak Fries.
